creating conditions for birds and insects to thrive, which will enhance the biodiversity of the area.

PRO TIP

Quattro acted swiftly to care for its swifts. This bird species is strictly protected in Poland – which mainly involves preserving its breeding grounds. Therefore, we have placed 30 birdhouses for swifts to hatch safely on the exterior walls of out aboveground parking garage.

The solutions we have employed

At Quattro, we have completed a number of tasks on the property to develop biodiversity and preserve it.

We have planted the right species of plants that provide shelter to birds and insects, feed the birds and act as a green corridor for insects.

We have installed insect hotels.

We have installed birdhouses.

We have developed our Policy and Plan for Environmental Management which we share with our tenants. This way, we hope to encourage their environmentally friendly behaviour.
