    Pro Tip

    Are you ordering a delivery? Remember to give them the name of the building where you work.


    Small and medium parcels

    Couriers with small parcels are invited to come in through the main entrance. Larger deliveries, such as furniture, major office equipment or appliances should be made through the underground parking garage.

    Entrance for large deliveries

    The larger the delivery, the greater the commotion. In order to avoid it, large cargo needs to arrive through the underground parking garage. The courier should park in one of your company’s designated places or one indicated to them by the parking staff.


    Pro tip

    If your vehicle happens to be over 2 m high, it will not fit in the gate to the underground garage. The multi-storey garage accommodates cars up to 2.2 m high.


    Surface parking for large vehicles

    If the delivery is made by a vehicle too large to fit into the underground garage, you can ask the property manager or security for permission to park outside. There is one condition: the vehicle weight must not exceed 3.5 tonnes.

    ORGANIZING A DELIVERY: STEP BY STEP

    STEP 1

    If your delivery is large or contains large objects such as furniture or armoured cabinets, it can only arrive between 5:00 PM and 7:00 AM on weekdays or on weekends.


    STEP 2

    Notify the property manager, building technical service manager and security via an approval form at least three days prior. Include the date of the delivery, the delivery company’s and its employees’ data, the size and type of cargo and the data of your representative that will be coordinating the delivery.


    STEP 3

    The property manager will define the specifics: the delivery route, the parking place for the vehicles, an appropriate lift and the way to protect it against damage as well as the entry rules for the deliverer’s employees. The manager will also determine whether it is necessary to order a waste container. Any additional cost will be borne by the tenant.


    STEP 4

    The entire delivery should arrive through the underground parking. From there, it should be transported via lift into your office.


    STEP 5

    Equipment or materials cannot be brought in through the main entrance unless explicitly permitted by the property manager or security. It is also prohibited for deliveries to interfere with other tenants’ work, block lifts or obstruct traffic, including in the underground parking garage.

    Remember! The building only accepts delivery carts with rubber wheels. We like our floors clean.
