Underground parking

In the section of the underground garage located under Building FIVE, you will find an unattended bicycle parking area. You will get there through the garage entrance. But be careful! Cycling is strictly prohibited inside the underground garage and on the ramps. Before you enter, dismount and wheel your bike all the way to the racks. Use the marked path for walking cyclists like you.

Surface bicycle parking

If you prefer not to go underground, take advantage of surface bicycle parking. In the multi-storey aboveground garage, you will find a fenced and lit area which is certified “Bicycle-Friendly”. Apart from several sets of racks, you will find a cyclist’s handbook and a map of Kraków bike paths there.

You can also park your bike on racks under the skyways between buildings.

Access to the bicycle parking area

The gate to the multi-storey aboveground garage where the Bicycle-Friendly Zone is located can be opened with an access card. If the service has not been unlocked for you yet, use the mySupport app.

ACCESS TO BICYCLE PARKING: STEP BY STEP

STEP 1

Log into the mySupport app.

STEP 2

Select “Zgłoszenie serwisowe”.

STEP 3

In order to send a new request, click “Dodaj zgłoszenie”.

STEP 4

Fill in the subject line: “Temat zgłoszenia” (e.g., “Granting access to bike parking for card no. X”), and the description: “Opis” (e.g., “I would like to add access to bike parking for card X.”)

Then, enter a username – but avoid using any personal data. Pick the category “Karta obiektu”.

STEP 5

Once you have entered all the information, click “Zapisz”. The request will now be passed on to a relevant department.

STEP 6

Security will re-program the card according to your request.

Bicycle repair station

Need to tighten a few screws, replace the tub or check tyre pressure and pump some more air in? These basic repairs can be made at Quattro’s self-service bike station. You can find it under the skyway between Buildings A and B.

Bicycle parking terms and conditions

Before you enter the underground parking garage, dismount your bicycle and wheel it to the parking area. Use the designated path for walking cyclists.
Parking is free of charge and unattended.
If you work at Quattro, you can use the bicycle parking area 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. This privilege is out of reach for over 7 billion people who do not work here.
However, do not leave your bicycle here for over 24 hours. Otherwise, you may be asked to remove it.
The exclusive underground bicycle parking club membership entails some responsibilities:

a) park your bicycle in one space only;

b) do not interfere with the use of nearby parking spaces;

c) do not damage other bicycles or parking equipment;

d) fasten your bicycle to the rack;

e) maintain cleanliness in the parking area.
