    Access cards

    How do I receive access cards?

    Anonymized data is collected from future building users before you move in. This way, you can receive a card with your access credentials at the key handover. Should you need more cards, ask the security to program them. The cards will then be delivered by the technical staff.

    Card design

    The property manager is the only person authorized to provide you with a card. You should not modify it in any way. The card may not work correctly if you attach anything to it, such as stickers.

    Issuing new cards

    Your company will get precisely as many cards as it needs. What if you would like some more? In that case, you can order them through mySupport.

    A NEW ACCESS CARD: STEP BY STEP

    STEP 1

    Log into the mySupport app.


    STEP 2

    Select Zgłoszenia serwisowe”.


    STEP 3

    In order to report your request, click “Dodaj zgłoszenie”.


    STEP 5

    Fill in the subject line: “Temat zgłoszenia” (e.g. “Issuing new access cards”), and the description: “Opis” (e.g. “I would like 2 new cards issued with access credentials X and Y.”)

    Then, enter a username – but avoid using any personal data. Pick the category “Karta obiektu”.


    STEP 6

    Once you have entered all the information, click “Zapisz”. The request will now be passed on to a relevant department.


    STEP 7

    Security will program the cards and a member of the technical staff will deliver them to you.

    Payment for the new access cards will be based on an invoice you receive from the technical staff.

    Access management

    The card does not only allow you to enter the office (with a default setting of 24 hours a day) but also to use a variety of services. For example, it can grant you access to parking or the Bicycle-Friendly Zone. You can easily change the scope of services accessible on a given card.

    MODIFYING ACCESS: STEP BY STEP

    STEP 1

    Log into the mySupport app.


    STEP 2

    Select Zgłoszenia serwisowe”.


    STEP 3

    In order to report your request, click “Dodaj zgłoszenie”.


    STEP 4

    Fill in the subject line: “Temat zgłoszenia” (e.g. “Access change in card no. X”), and the description: “Opis” (e.g. “I would to change the scope of access for card X as follows…”)

    Then, enter a username – but avoid using any personal data. Pick the category “Karta obiektu”.


    STEP 5

    Once you have entered all the information, click “Zapisz”. The request will now be passed on to a relevant department.


    STEP 6

    Security will re-program the card according to your request.

    Payment for the new access cards will be based on an invoice you receive from the technical staff.

    A lost or damaged card

    An employee has lost or damaged their access card? No problem: just request its deactivation through mySupport before you can order a new one. You bear the cost of issuing a new card in line with current market prices. You will receive it on the same day or the next.

    CARD REPLACEMENT: STEP BY STEP

    STEP 1

    Log into the mySupport app.


    STEP 2

    Select Zgłoszenia serwisowe”.


    STEP 3

    In order to report your request, click “Dodaj zgłoszenie”.


    STEP 4

    Fill in the subject line: “Temat zgłoszenia” (e.g. “Damaged card no. X”), and the description: “Opis” (e.g. “I would to deactivate a damaged card X and order a new one with the same user data”).

    Pick the category “Karta obiektu”.


    STEP 5

    Once you have entered all the information, click “Zapisz”. The request will now be passed on to a relevant department.


    STEP 6

    The damaged card will be blocked by security who will then program a new one. The new card will be delivered by the technical staff.
