Access cards
How do I receive access cards?
Anonymized data is collected from future building users before you move in. This way, you can receive a card with your access credentials at the key handover. Should you need more cards, ask the security to program them. The cards will then be delivered by the technical staff.
Card design
The property manager is the only person authorized to provide you with a card. You should not modify it in any way. The card may not work correctly if you attach anything to it, such as stickers.
Issuing new cards
Your company will get precisely as many cards as it needs. What if you would like some more? In that case, you can order them through Singu app.
ISSUING YOUR CARD STEP BY STEP
Log on to globalworth.singufm.com.
Choose “New application”.
Fill in the mandatory fields (marked with an asterisk):
a) Type of application: Additional work,
b) Determining the priority of your application,
c) Category: Access cards.
Enter the subject of the report.
Send your application by clicking the “ADD” button.
There is a possibility to order operations on several cards within one application by selecting the “+ Add more” option.
Access management
The card does not only allow you to enter the office (with a default setting of 24 hours a day) but also to use a variety of services. For example, it can grant you access to parking or the Bicycle-Friendly Zone. You can easily change the scope of services accessible on a given card.
MODIFYING YOUR CARD STEP BY STEP
Log on to globalworth.singufm.com.
Choose “New application”.
Fill in the mandatory fields (marked with an asterisk):
a) Type of application: Additional work,
b) Determining the priority of your application,
c) Category: Access cards.
Enter the subject of the application (e.g., Granting access to the bicycle parking lot) and the description, if necessary.
Send your application by clicking the “ADD” button.
There is a possibility to order operations on several cards within one application by selecting the “+ Add more” option.
A lost or damaged card
An employee has lost or damaged their access card? No problem: just request its deactivation through Singu app before you can order a new one. You bear the cost of issuing a new card in line with current market prices. You will receive it on the same day or the next.
ORDERING NEW CARD STEP BY STEP
Log on to globalworth.singufm.com.
Select “New application”.
Fill in the mandatory fields (marked with an asterisk):
a) Type of application: Additional work,
b) Determining the priority of your application,
c) Category: Access cards.
Enter the subject of the application (e.g., Damaging the card) and the description, if necessary.
Send your application by clicking the “ADD” button.
When your new card is ready, the Singu app will notify you that it is waiting to be picked up at the reception desk.
Sign the statement about damaging or losing the access card.
Sign the statement about receiving a new access card. The statement should also be signed by the employee who has lost or destroyed the access card.
