Guest entrance

Any guest at Quattro should keep these three things in mind: the main entrance, the reception and the person they intend to visit. At the reception, they should show their ID and explain who they are here to see.

If you are inviting a guest, let them know that they need to state their purpose at the reception. There, they will receive a temporary access pass required to meet you.

Pro tip

If you are expecting a guest outside of regular work hours, let the reception know.

Announcing guests

When your guest arrives, the reception will give you a call.

Security

Security staff may ask you and your guests to show your access cards. Persons with no access pass will be asked to leave the building immediately.
