TECHNICAL SERVICE
The technical service in the building is provided by Apleona FMS, which is responsible for repairs and troubleshooting in the building, answering questions about technical issues of the rented premises, and others.
Pro tip
Do you need some minor repairs or renovation works? Apleona FMS can provide handyman services or specialised maintenance services at an additional charge.
Reporting malfunctions
If you have noticed that something is out of service, there is no need to panic. Just report it via Singu and we will take care of the rest.
REPORTING A MALFUNCTION STEP BY STEP
Log on to globalworth.singufm.com.
Select “Ticket”, then “New ticket”.
Next, fill in the following fields:
a) Under “Company” enter the name of your company,
b) Under “Building” indicate in which building defect occurred,
c) Under “Ticket type” choose “Defect”,
d) Then indicate the priority of the ticket and its category,
e) Under “Subject”, enter the subject of the ticket,
f) Under “Description”, describe the defect in detail, giving as much detail as possible,
g) Under “Add Attachment”, you can upload a photo of the defect or a protocol.
To submit your ticket, click the button “Add ticket”.
In case of serious and urgent incidents from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, use the Hotline service by contacting the security or property manager directly.
If the malfunction arises later than 5:00 PM, or on a weekend or holiday, you should call the number that was given to you at the key handover.
